Cat E (open category) fell $4,198 (−4.2%) to $95,801. A year earlier, in Apr 2021 Ex 2, it was $62,100, so the premium is 54.3% higher year on year. That puts it at the top of its 12-month range of $57,700 to $99,999.

Cat C (goods vehicles) dropped $2,899 (−5.3%) to $52,002. A year earlier, in Apr 2021 Ex 2, it was $44,001, so the premium is 18.2% higher year on year. That puts it in the upper part of its 12-month range of $37,000 to $54,901.
