Estimates use the ARF tiers that applied when the car’s COE was obtained, LTA’s PARF schedules, including the February 2026 revision, and assume a standard car registered with a COE. Actual figures depend on your vehicle and prevailing rules — confirm with the LTA.
How the PARF Rebate Works
The PARF rebate is a percentage of the ARF you paid, based on the car’s age when you deregister it:

| 9–10 years | 50% of ARF | 5% of ARF |
| Over 10 years | No PARF rebate | No PARF rebate |
The rebate is capped at $60,000 for cars with COEs from the second bidding of February 2023, and at $30,000 for COEs from the second bidding of February 2026. Cars with older COEs have no cap.
