Cat B (large cars) climbed $2,101 (+5.4%) to $41,101. A year earlier, in Nov 2019 Ex 2, it was $39,700, so the premium is 3.5% higher year on year. That puts it at the top of its 12-month range of $30,012 to $41,510.

Cat E (open category) climbed $2,003 (+5.1%) to $41,503. It is the highest Cat E premium since Oct 2019 Ex 2 ($42,020). A year earlier, in Nov 2019 Ex 2, it was $40,889, so the premium is 1.5% higher year on year.

Cat C (goods vehicles) fell $1,168 (−3.7%) to $30,334. A year earlier, in Nov 2019 Ex 2, it was $24,502, so the premium is 23.8% higher year on year. That puts it in the upper part of its 12-month range of $22,002 to $33,778.
