Cat E (open category) rose $1,608 (+4.4%) to $38,110. That is its 4th rise in a row. It is the highest Cat E premium since Dec 2019 Ex 1 ($38,889). A year earlier, in Aug 2019 Ex 2, it was $40,002, so the premium is 4.7% lower year on year.
