Cat E (open category) fell $1,599 (−4.6%) to $33,301. That is its 3rd fall in a row. It is the lowest Cat E premium since Jan 2019 Ex 1 ($32,909). A year earlier, in Feb 2019 Ex 2, it was $36,667, so the premium is 9.2% lower year on year.
