By downloading, installing, accessing, or using COE Price Tracker ("the App"), developed by The Everest Lab ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms also apply to the website at coeprice.com ("the Website").

2. Description of Service

COE Price Tracker is a free mobile application that provides:

  • Live COE (Certificate of Entitlement) bidding prices across all 5 vehicle categories
  • Historical COE price data and bidding results
  • Trend charts and price movement visualisations
  • Bid calculator with monthly payment estimates and loan tenure options
  • COE expiry calculator with Prevailing Quota Premium (PQP) estimates
  • Category comparison charts
  • Price alerts for target COE prices
  • Statistics dashboard with averages, medians, and volatility analysis
  • Home screen widgets for quick price access

The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Important Disclaimers

No Government Affiliation

COE Price Tracker is an independent application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore, the Ministry of Transport, or any other government agency. "COE" and "Certificate of Entitlement" are terms used by the Singapore government and are referenced here for informational purposes only.

No Financial Advice

The App does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or bidding guidance. The bid calculator, COE expiry calculator, statistics, trend data, and all other features are for informational purposes only. Users should consult qualified financial professionals and conduct their own research before making any purchasing, bidding, or financial decisions.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date COE price data, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information displayed in the App. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

4. Data Sources

COE price data is sourced from publicly available government open data, including the data.gov.sg platform. Data is cached and served through our own infrastructure for reliability. Prices may be subject to delays between official announcement and availability in the App.

Users should always verify COE prices and bidding results through official LTA channels, including the OneMotoring website (www.onemotoring.lta.gov.sg), before making any decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Verify COE prices and results through official LTA channels before making decisions
  • Not rely solely on this App for financial, purchasing, or bidding decisions
  • Not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE EVEREST LAB AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your reliance on any information provided by the App
  • Damages arising from interrupted, delayed, or unavailable access to the App
  • Financial losses resulting from bidding, purchasing, or other decisions made using information from the App
  • Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your device or data stored by the App

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, user interface, features, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of The Everest Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent. COE data displayed in the App is sourced from public government data and is not our proprietary content.

10. Price Alerts & Notifications

The price alert feature sends local notifications when COE prices meet your configured thresholds. We do not guarantee the timeliness, delivery, or accuracy of these alerts. Alerts are dependent on your device settings, network connectivity, and data availability. You should not rely solely on price alerts for time-sensitive bidding decisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
